Barcelona Reveals Reasons to Withhold Transfer Certificate Neymar

Neymar moved to Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in the transfer market this summer after the French League giants have redeemed their release clause. PSG willingly poured funds of 222 million euros (about Rp 3.4 trillion), which makes the Brazilian striker is the most expensive player in the world.
