Is Renato Sanches So 11th AC Milan Player?
AC Milan is rumored to be trying to hook young talent Bayern Munich, Renato Sanches.
The Rossoneri – the nickname of AC Milan – is said to be trying to borrow Sanches for a two-year term at a cost of 7 million euros or about Rp 107 billion and purchasing options in 2019 with the official price of 40 million euros (Rp 618 billion).
Now, the CEO of Bayern, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, also justify the existence of these efforts.
“I can confirm that Milan have shown interest in Renato Sanches, but there is no agreement yet,” Rummenigge said as quoted by Bild.
Sanches is a player who brought Bayern from Benfica with a benderol of 35 million euros which could rise to 80 million euros due to a number of clauses in the contract ties.
His reputation soared after an impressive performance in midfield when the Portuguese national team won the 2016 European Cup.
However, Sanches experienced a negative debut alongside Bayern’s main squad for the 2017-2018 season.
Under Carlo Ancelotti, he played 17 times in the Bundesliga, but only six appearances as a starter.
Total Sanches played 25 matches in all competitions without a goal record or assists.
