Striker with 102 Kg Weight Requires Klopp Bring it to Anfield
Wycombe Wanderers striker Adebayo Akinfenwa (35) said Liverpool FC needed one more striker to compete for the English Premier League title. He proposed manager Juergen Klopp to bring himself to Anfield.
Akinfenwa is indeed a fan of Liverpool. He really idolized the legendary captain of The Reds, Steven Gerrard.
Akinfenwa was optimistic to see the performance of Liverpool so far. Moreover, Sadio Mane and his friends just managed to bulldoze Arsenal 4-0 in Premier League action the third week.
However, Akinfenwa still find weakness in Juergen Klopp squad. Therefore, he hopes Klopp bought him.
“Klopp must bring me to Liverpool,” Akinfenwa told Squawka on Thursday (8/31/2017).
“I need fast players all around me and they have it in Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino, and Mohamed Salah,” the 102 kilogram player said.
The man born in London, England, is also revealed what the Liverpool players must do to spoil him.
“If you put me in the Liverpool squad and send some gastric bait into the penalty box, I will score goals,” said Akinfenwa.
Uniquely, this bald-headed footballer is so confident will be allowed to leave by Wycombe Wanderers coach, Gareth Ainsworth, if the offer from Liverpool came.
“Gareth Ainsworth manager knows that I love Liverpool and if they contact Gareth it would be okay to take me off,” said Akinfenwa.
Currently, Akinfenwa competes in League Two aka fourth caste English League with Wycombe. He has always trusted Gareth Ainsworth to play full in four games.
Amazingly, Akinfenwa pay the trust with four goals. Increasingly cool because Akinfenwa created each of the two goals in away party against Port Vale (3-2) and Grimsby Town (3-2) which led to victory.
